TankKeeper is not just another aquarium
maintenance program.
It was developed by the owner of an aquarium maintenance company and long time hobbyist
to keep maintenance records and provide a way to improve customer support.
Our service allows YOU to track the health of your aquarium by entering important
information about it. Track your water chemistry, maintenance tasks, the fish,
corals or plants that you are keeping.
When you have a question about your tank that you can't find an answer to, use the
support form to ask your question and one of OUR technicians (or Mentors as we like
to call them) can pull up your tanks history to view it's size, what fish &
other livestock lives in it, and even review critical information like your water
chemistry history. This allows them to give you a much better answer!
Another great benefit of our system is that it improves with every new user.
As you enter data, our reports help us to see trends with our customers tanks and
learn from what you do right or wrong. We
are even working on an automatic report that will alert you to bad trends and provide
you with ideas on how to correct things BEFORE it becomes a problem!
